Ardgryffe Crescent
In 1968 Taylor Woodrow started construction work in Craigends at Ardgryffe Crescent. The first thing they did was to put sewers in. Alec remembers them unearthing a great deal of coal when doing this, and being amazed that Taylor Woodrow were just throwing it away.
