1901 - John Charles Cuninghame marries his cousin-once-removed Alison Cuninghame.

1917, 30th Jan - John Charles Cuninghame dies in London.

c.1933 - Merry & Cuninghame liquidate.

c.1939 - British Army requisition Craigends.

c.1946 - British Army leave Craigends.

1948, 6th November - Fairlie Cuninghame Pearson dies.

1959, 28th November - Alison Cuninghame dies.

1961, 16th March - Helen Laura Pearson dies.

1961, 24 Oct Mansionhouse Auction

c.1967 Craigends House largely demolished

c.1973 Ardgryffe Crescent construction

c.1981 Craigends House ruin demolished

c.1998 Thistle Lane and Cunningham Gardens construction
